Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ba2026kri@gmail.com and we will arrange a return and full refund.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Is the product covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products come with a 30-day manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
